The Dalai Lama gets one over on TV host Graham Norton while poet Maya Angelou gets in on the joke.

The dinner party was, literally, a virtual gathering of a few of history’s notable people who have contributed much to the world of art, literature, psychology, politics, popular culture and philosophy.

Guests included (from left to right) the Dalai Lama, Maya Angelou, Abraham Lincoln, Simone de Beauvoir, Carl Jung, Jane Austen, William Shakespeare and BBC’s talkshow host Graham Norton.

When asked why Mr. Norton was included in the party, Rose shrugged. “I needed someone to keep the conversation rolling while I finished in the kitchen.”
